All of the products in our store ship for free within the contiguous USA when you spend $40 or more! If you'd like your products faster than the standard delivery method, you have the option to upgrade to rush delivery (3-day shipping). To find out what this costs, just add a product to your cart and go through the checkout process.

For a reasonable fee, we are happy to ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Again, to find out what the price is to ship to one of these areas, just add a product to your cart and proceed to checkout.

We do not ship to regions outside of the USA & Canada at this time.

Do you only sell your own jewelry lines?
Yes! Everything that you see on our site was designed and manufactured by us! We are located in Idaho, USA.

What materials do you use?
All of our jewelry is made from genuine, high-quality leather & suede, premium stainless steel or stainless steel with gold or rose gold plating. All metal components are non-hazardous & allergen-free. All of our jewelry is guaranteed to be 100% free of toxins.

Do you restock out-of-stock items?
It depends :) If the product sells well, we will most likely restock it or at least come up with an updated version of the piece. But if a piece hasn't sold well historically, we may choose to discontinue that product.

Do you send order status updates when I place an order?
Yes! When you place an order, we want to make sure you stay in the know. We send you an order receipt right when you order. We send you a shipping status email (with tracking) when the order has been shipped out. And we send you a follow-up email a week or two later to see how you're liking your product.

How quickly do orders ship?
If an order is placed before 11am MT, it will typically ship same-day. If an order is placed after 11am MT, it will ship next day.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We pride ourselves on getting your ordered items to you quickly. All items ship out of our central US warehouse (Michigan). Typically, orders will arrive within 4 to 5 days of you ordering it.

How do I care for my new jewelry?
Jewelry needs to be carefully washed in a manner that will keep it from tarnishing. Never wash your jewelry in a dishwasher or other kind of washing machine. Hand wash only with a soft cloth (microfiber is preferred). Never use chemicals as these may hurt your jewelry. We also suggest removing your jewelry while swimming, bathing or when applying perfume, makeup or lotion. In rare cases, jewelry may also tarnish because of the skins natural pH levels.
